1.1. «Fokus» is a computer program for creating and managing presentations, the exclusive rights to which belong to LLC «Interdesign»: INN 7703529136, 7, 1905 y. st. 1, bld. IB, est. 3, room 3, Moscow, 123022, — hereinafter referred to as the «Studio». For convenience, «Fokus» is hereinafter referred to as «Software» or «Service».
1.2. Users of the Service may be citizens of legal age.
1.3. To access the Service, the User must register: enter the e-mail address and follow the link sent to the specified address.
1.4. It is not allowed to give the login and password to other users or to register under another email address.
1.5 Users can create their own teams (workspaces) and invite other participants (users who have passed the registration procedure) to work together on presentations using the link sent in the e-mail. The team creator can remove users from the workspace.
1.6. Users can upload their own files to presentations and insert files from the Internet as embedded content. Note that when adding content to presentations, the user should ensure that this does not violate the exclusive rights of others.
1.7 Users have the ability to share created presentations using links.
2.1 Access to the «Fokus» functionality is available in the «Free» and «Pro» plans.
2.2. The «Free» plan is provided to Users free of charge and includes

The cost of the «Pro» tariff is 990 (nine hundred and ninety) Russian Federation rubles or 12 (twelve) US dollars per month (including 5% VAT) in case of monthly payment, or 4680 (four thousand, six hundred and eighty) Russian Federation rubles or 57 (fifty-seven) US dollars per year (including 5% VAT) in case of payment for 1 year, and includes
2.4. The Studio reserves the right to establish discounts on tariffs, both permanently and temporarily, as part of its marketing campaigns. The terms of discounts, their amounts, and the duration of marketing campaigns are communicated to the User through the «Fokus» interface and/or via newsletters (unless the User has opted out), as well as by posting informational messages on specialized landing pages.
2.5. If payments are received on time, full access to Fokus is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of technical problems beyond the control of the Studio, restrictions will be imposed. If the problem is not resolved within 24 hours, the prepaid period will be extended by 24 hours. Troubleshooting will be handled by Support.
2.6. The User shall pay for the Services by bank card or by means of BPS. In the case of payment by bank card of a legal entity, the services are considered to be paid for in the interest of the individual User. If the service is necessary for use in the company’s activity, request a personalized offer at info@fokus.am.
2.7. The User agrees that the prolongation of the use of the Services after the exhaustion of the tariff limit will be realized by the automatic, non-acceptable debit of the funds from the account used by the User at the time of the initial payment.
2.8. In case of lack of funds on the User’s account or impossibility to make a payment, access to the «Fokus» functionality is provided at the «Free» tariff.
2.9. The User agrees that the Payment System may add to the cost of the Services any kind of commissions and fees, including commissions of mobile operators (if any), providing the Services only if such commissions and fees are paid.
2.10. The User agrees that he/she shall bear all additional costs for viewing the materials posted on the Site, including mobile operator commissions (if any), as well as the cost of Internet connection.
2.11. There are no contracts for services provided: the service is considered to be provided and the Studio’s obligations to provide access to «Fokus» are fully and properly fulfilled from the moment the User pays for the relevant subscription.
3.1. «Fokus is provided «as is». The Studio does not warrant that the Fokus software is free from defects, will not cause malfunction or is fit for any particular purpose.
3.2. The Studio does not warrant that Fokus will meet the ethical, artistic or other requirements of the user.
3.3. The Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of Fokus, nor shall the Studio compensate for any loss arising from the use of Fokus.
3.4. The Studio is in no way responsible for the material that users add to their presentations.
4.1. «Fokus» was created from scratch in the Art. Lebedev Studio, and all exclusive rights to it are, of course, owned by the Studio. The rights are administered by Interdesign LLC.
4.2. The functionality of Fokus cannot be modified. Any external attempt to change the code is considered a copyright infringement and is punished by deletion of the user’s account without the right to restore it. Moreover, in such a situation the Studio has the right to demand a fine of 100,000 rubles for each violation.
4.3. Under no circumstances shall the Studio be obliged to pay any compensation to copyright holders whose intellectual property is used by Users.
5.1. By registering, the user consents to the processing of the following data (until his account is deleted)
5.2. If the User authorizes the use of third party services, the Studio will only receive the data provided by the User to that service.
5.3. Without the User’s consent, the Studio will not disclose the received data to third parties (only in case of an official request from law enforcement bodies). The information is safely stored on Russian servers. The provided data is necessary for the Studio to:

5.5 The user has the following rights with regard to the processing of personal data:
5.6. If the user has agreed to the terms of service and then changes his/her mind, he/she should write to the technical support at support@fokus.am. After a maximum of 48 hours, all information will be deleted, there will be nothing to process, the user’s account will be deleted.
5.7. Cookies are one of the technologies used in the studio to automatically collect information and improve the quality of the services provided. A cookie is a small text file stored on a device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) that contains information about your online activity.
6.1. The User may refuse the «Pro» plan at any time. To cancel the plan, it is necessary to click on the «Team Settings» button on the https://fokus.am/presentations page, then on the «Change plan» button and turn the switch opposite to the last digits of the bank card to the inactive position, or apply in a free form at support@fokus.am.
6.2. In the event of early cancellation of the «Pro» plan, the price will not be recalculated if the User has exported at least 1 (one) presentation from the Service in PDF format. In other cases, the User will be refunded the amount proportional to the period of time in months from the date of the cancellation to the date of the prepayment of the «Pro» Plan.
6.3. The Studio prefers to settle disputes arising in the course of correspondence with the User. The time limit for responding to a complaint shall not exceed 20 days. If the dispute cannot be settled, it will be considered by the court of the Russian Federation.
6.4. The described rules of work with «Fokus» are valid all over the world and come into force from the moment of their acceptance.
6.5. The Terms and Conditions of Use are publicly available at: https://fokus.am/en/terms. The Studio is entitled to change them unilaterally without any additional notification to the Users.
