1.1. «Fokus» is a computer program for creating and managing presentations, the exclusive rights to which belong to LLC «Interdesign»: INN 7703529136, 7, 1905 y. st. 1, bld. IB, est. 3, room 3, Moscow, 123022, — hereinafter referred to as the «Studio». For convenience, «Fokus» is hereinafter referred to as «Software» or «Service».
1.2. To access Fokus, the user must go through the registration process by entering their email address, and then confirming their registration by clicking on the link sent to the specified email address. Once this is done, the user gains access to the functionality of the service.
1.3. You cannot register with someone else’s email address.
1.4. Registered users can create their own teams (workspaces) and invite other participants to collaborate on presentations via an email link. The creator of a workspace can also remove users from the workspace.
1.5. File size limit: up to 5 MB per file, up to 100 MB per presentation.
2.1 The pricing for the Pro tariff for one user is 690 (six hundred and ninety) rubles per month or 7 $/month (including VAT 5%) and including:
2.2. When payments are received on time, full access to Fokus is provided around the clock. In the event of technical issues beyond the studio’s control, additional restrictions may apply. If problems are not resolved within 24 hours, the prepaid period is extended by a day. All troubleshooting issues are dealt with by the support team.
2.3. Payment is made by the user using a bank card or by transferring funds to the studio’s settlement account based on the invoice.
2.4. The user agrees that further payment for the subscription is made with automatic direct debiting of funds from their account.
2.5. In case of a shortage of funds on the user’s account or if a payment cannot be made, access to the Fokus functionality is provided as per the ‘Free’ tariff.
2.6. The user agrees that the payment system is able to charge any kind of commissions and fees in addition to the cost of services, including mobile operator fees (if any), providing its services only if these commissions and fees are paid.
2.7. The user agrees to bear all additional costs for viewing the materials posted on the site, including mobile operator fees (if any), as well as Internet connection costs.
2.8. Acts on the services rendered are not enumerated — the service is considered to be rendered, and the studio’s obligations to provide access to Fokus are fully fulfilled, from the moment the user pays for the corresponding subscription.
3.1. Fokus is provided ‘as is’ and we do not explicitly or implicitly express that Fokus is free from defects, failures, or fit for a particular purpose.
3.2. We do not guarantee that Fokus will meet the User’s ethical, artistic and other requirements.
3.3. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising in connection with the use of the Fokus, and we will not issue compensation for any losses incurred in connection with its use.
3.4. Under no circumstances are we responsible for the content registered users add to their presentations.
4.1. Fokus was created from scratch at Art. Lebedev Studio, and, as such, all exclusive rights to it belong to us. The rights are managed by Interdesign LLC.
4.2. You may not change the functionality of Fokus. We regard any attempt to change the code as a violation of copyright and will delete the user account without the right to restore. We also reserve the right to demand payment of a fine for the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles, 00 kopeks for each violation.
4.3. Under no circumstances can the Studio be involved in the payment of any compensation to copyright holders whose results of intellectual activity are used by users.
5.1. In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve it prior to court through correspondence with the user. The term for responding to a claim does not exceed 20 days. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute, it shall be settled in a court of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The rules outlined for working with Fokus are valid worldwide and come into effect from the moment they are accepted.
6.1. The Terms of Use are publicly available at fokus.am. We may change them unilaterally without prior notice. You are obliged to stay up to date about any changes in the rules.
